These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FiTepAI platform, mobile applications, and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
By creating an account or using FiTepAI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are using SkyFlight d.o.o. on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We offer different account types (Starter, Professional, Diamond) with varying features and pricing. Account features depend on your selected package.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose security risks.
SkyFlight d.o.o. through the FiTepAI application provides:
Pricing is based on your selected package: Starter (free), Professional, Diamond. All prices are in euros and exclude value-added tax.
Installation fees are paid upon account activation. Per-treatment fees are billed monthly. Payment must be made by bank transfer.
Installation fees are non-refundable. Monthly usage fees may be refunded in special cases within 14 days of billing.
You may cancel application usage at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

FiTepAI is a tool to support physiotherapy treatment, not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals. Our AI analysis is for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for medical decisions. In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
All content, features, and functionality of FiTepAI (including software, AI algorithms, design, logos, and text) are owned by SkyFlight d.o.o. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The FiTepAI application is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. In case of dissatisfaction with usage, upon request we may waive one month's monthly fee.
You agree to indemnify and protect the FiTepAI application from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. All disputes are resolved in the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
